Our responsibilities may include:
- Acting as Securities Trustee under the relevant Security Trust Deed.
- Holding security interests on behalf of the relevant investment structure.
- Acting as the registered mortgagee where required under the governing transaction documents.
- Administering and releasing security interests.
- Performing trustee responsibilities in accordance with the governing legal documentation.

Holding Security Interests
For selected investment structures, B. Moses Securities holds security interests in accordance with the governing Security Trust Deed.
Where applicable, this may include acting as the registered mortgagee or holding other security interests that support the obligations of borrowers and the interests of the relevant investment structure.
